After trying to complete a swap in Taptools, I got this output in Chrome console: { code: 1, info: "User has accepted the transaction sign, but the wallet was unable to sign the transaction (e.g. not having some of the private keys)." }

Unable to complete any transaction in any Dex. How should I fix?
