Recurring blank screen issue

Hello,

Over the past 3-4 weeks I've had a blank screen issue as seen described a few times. I'm able to get round it by removing the extension then recovering it. As you can appreciate, this is less than ideal.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong to continuously get this issue? Or is there any other reason, or is NAMI going through an unstable patch at the moment?
