New computer, Nami will not allow me to pass after i put my 24 words in

My old computer died. I have a new computer. When I attemp to put my 24 words in it does nothing. I have tried several times. I dont want a new wallet I have a lot coins on my old one. I have tried several times the Next at the bottom of the page will not light up. I just get the red circle when I go over it. I know these are the correct words. What do I need to do? Thanks, Michael
