Cant send any assets to another wallet

I am unable to send any asset whether it be an nft or just ada to any of my other wallets. I've many different transactions, just ada, just nft etc. Have also tried my adalite wallet to send to which said 'transaction failed' just like when i try to send it to my etern address which I've linked below. Really hoping you can help. Thank you. Chad
