Help, I can’t see my assets on nami but visible on pool.pm

Hi, how do I get my ADA back as it now appears with 0 ADA on Nami. However, When I connect to MELD I can still see my balance. But then it won't let me withdraw as well. I have already reset 2x and still got the same issue
