One of my nami accounts won't load
my 3rd nami account won't load at all, I've restored my wallet 5+ times, tried custom and standard node it just won't load my balance and nfts. All my other accounts on the wallet work. I had to restore the wallet a few times because I couldn't access another account once I'd selected the third one. To get past that If I switch to testnet rather than mainnet in settings it allows me to select another account within the wallet then I have to switch the settings back to mainnet. Anybody experienced this? It won't let me select collateral because that sub wallet just won't load so all of my nfts listed on jpg are stuck listed. Please help, I've got 100 nfts and ada stuck in there 🤢
Talk to Cardano Support on the Live support page so that your issue can be looked into.

I am having the same issue. it is recent as well. I click on the NAMI extension tab and it just loads and loads. nothing comes up and I cannot conduct any transactions. I reached out via Twitter. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

If yours is an issue with your full nami wallet then try restoring it with your seed phrase. Alternatively if you're using a private node you can switch back to a custom node even before the wallets fully loaded. You could try it out on another browser as well. Everything's worth a shot.
