One particular subaccount will freeze up the whole wallet

I'm using Nami on Chrome extension. The wallet wasn't loading so uninstall and reinstall the extension.

Managed to key in and retrieve the wallet, but when it comes to the 4th sub-wallet, it freezes the whole wallet again. It was the same 4th sub-wallet that freezes the first round.

Now my assets are frozen. Please help.
