Unable to Claim Rewards from MELD Staking Pool

I have staked my MELD on MELDS Staking Pool for the past 6 months. I was able to start claiming my rewards as of September 1st. Every time I try to claim rewards I get a "Failed to created transaction" message. Not sure if it is a Nami Wallet or MELD Staking Pool Issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I spoke with Cardano Support and they want me to connect my wallet using my recovery phrase. Does this sound correct? I have always understood that you should never share your recovery phrase with anyone. What are your thought's about this?
