Transaction stuck

Hello I have been trying to send my ADA form the nami wallet to my Metamastk wallet and it has not been working. My ada balance in Nami and Meta Mask are both zero. But in my transaction history i have a transaction ID can you help me with this. I have already tryed to restore my meta mask wallet.

The support sight seemed odd to me the cardano in the url was spelled wrong and they were asking for my seed phrase.

Is there any other thread that can verify this. I don't feel comfortable putting in my seed phrase otherwise.
