How to transfer existing Nami account into new browser / laptop?

Hi, I need to switch to a new laptop, and trying to move my Nami wallet to a new browser. The existing 'Import' option seems confusing, Is there a guide I can follow to move my account along with my assets ? Any help will appreciated. Thanks

Don't do that! BarrDev is a scammer. The live support page (forum.cardaNNo.com) is a scam. In order to get help you must put ADA's in your account. Yeah right. They will disappear to their account.
