Ledger Confirm with Device

Trying to do transactions and I just keep getting "An error occurred" when trying to confirm with ledger. My ledger is already connected. It doesn't even get to the point where I confirm on the ledger physically. This is almost constant. Ledger Nano X

Umm, I wouldn't suggest this site. It's super scammy. And they are asking for my recovery phrase.

Don't do that! BarrDev is a scammer. The live support page (forum.cardaNNo.com) is a scam. In order to get help you must put ADA's in your account. Yeah right. They will disappear to their account.
