Nami Wallet not displaying assets or tokens but they are viewable on pool.pm

Hi, As above my tokens and assets have disappeared or are not displaying in my Nami wallet, they were there yesterday. I can see the assets when I'm connected to JPG Store and also on pool.pm. Hi, I did and the Live support guy advised me to connect my wallet, this asked me for my seed phrase which is making me rather uncomfortable? I would never share my seed phrase.
