Nami wallet > conflict with Metamask

Hi, Lately Metamask could not connect to Dapps anymore. I found out that if i disabled Nami wallet the problem was solved. I tried enabling it again and there was a conflict again. Using Chrome Version 100.0.4896.127 on MacOs
