Wallet empty

I entered my seed phrase to my nami wallet and can’t find my coins and nfts or any transaction history. My wallet is totally empty. What’s going on?

These guys are crazy. And the painful part is, they've refused to respond. How can u you care less about your customer's life and funds that much. This is so painful and heartbreaking for me
