recover with seed phrase but 'recovers' new empty wallet

Ive tried to recover my NAMI wallet with 24 word seedphrase in NAMI, eternl, Adalite and each time it restores a different wallet which isnt mine with a 0 balance and a new receive address than the NAMI wallet it should restore. I see many people have this problem.

How can I recover the correct NAMI wallet with the right balance and receive address?

i have this same issue, i need to use another computer for my nami wallet and when using my import seed phrase it opens a new wallet instead of my current on my work PC.

please help

Same problem here.

Why are there so many open issues on this topic, and no customer support to resolve it? This is a very serious bug.
