NAMI wallet cannot accept ADA or release my NFTs

I have an issue with my NAMI wallet on JPG store. I cannot terminate a sale of an NFT. I was able to transfer an NFT to the wallet. I tried to transfer ADA out of the wallet but transaction always fails. Any suggestions?
