Add export path in Client CLI

Issue

When a Client restores a snapshot of the Cardano node database, we need to be able t:

  • Provide a path where the validated unpacked files will be copied
  • Delete the unpacked files when the snapshot is not validated

Tasks

  • [ ] Add an argument to the CLI that specifies an export path
  • [ ] Delete unpacked files when tampered snapshot archive
