As an admin user, I need to be able to set & update the timeline for an event, so that the right system and user actions can take place at the right time.
GIVEN a user inside campaign editor WHEN expand the "Timeline" section THEN show all relevant data fields:

- [x] Fund End
- [x] Drep Registration Deadline
- [x] Voter Registration Deadline (Snapshot)
- [x] Proposal Submission Start
- [x] Proposal Submission End
- [x] Voting Start
- [x] Voting End
Additional details on fields, description, sample values, user input type, and data validations here.
AC:
- Timeline Setup includes all relevant questions and ability to input responses
- Prototype draft completed
- Review prototype with stakeholders from admin team to ensure process viability
- Review prototype with engineering team to ensure feasibility
- Prototype ready for user testing
