As an admin user, I need to be able to set & update the timeline for an event, so that the right system and user actions can take place at the right time.

GIVEN a user inside campaign editor WHEN expand the "Timeline" section THEN show all relevant data fields:

• [x] Fund Start
• [x] Fund End
• [x] Drep Registration Deadline
• [x] Voter Registration Deadline (Snapshot)
• [x] Proposal Submission Start
• [x] Proposal Submission End
• [x] Voting Start
• [x] Voting End

AC:

• Timeline Setup includes all relevant questions and ability to input responses
• Prototype draft completed
• Review prototype with stakeholders from admin team to ensure process viability
• Review prototype with engineering team to ensure feasibility
• Prototype ready for user testing
