Use Extended Validation SSL encryption

I also agree with @gufmar 's subdomain suggestion in #69; scamming is the # 1 risk for users and I'd like to see Cardano Project mitigate that risk as much as possible.

While the sites use HTTPS, it would be best if they have Extended Validation SSL encryption (so you see "Cardano Foundation" or "IOHK" in the Chrome address bar itself.
