flake.lock filter

The flake.lock grows exponentially each time we bump node-snapshot & cardano-node-workbench.

Most of the entries are redundant, so we should be able to filter them out automatically.

By estimation, this seems like it will become a necessary component of large-state CI benchmarks that we do -- in all potential future paths.

So this should be higher priority.

This issue is stale because it has been open 30 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 120 days.
