tx-generator: ensure compatibility with latest node in all modes

  • generator was failing Plutus workloads for some time.
  • generator was incompatible with the new protocol versions
  • generator did not support Babbage

We need to ensure all relevant workloads are possible in all relevant contexts:

  • workbench
  • AWS
