Launch agains existing `cardano-node` socket

I think for quite some people it would be interesting to run cardano-node remotely (e.g. on a rasberrypi) and connect a Daedalus wallet to it.

This can be achieved by forward cardano-node socket via ssh that would be passed to cardano-launcher, which no longer would be responsible for launching and monitoring cardano-node.
