Selecting "Search for block 0" provides no feedback

Description

If "0" is typed into the search field and the "Search for block 0" option is selected then nothing happens, no errors or feedback. At this point the search field doesn't present the "Search for..." options if other numbers are entered.

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to https://explorer.cardano.org
• Type "0" into the search field
• Click on "Search for block 0"

Actual Result

Nothing happens, no errors, no feedback at all. At this point if a different number is typed into the field then no "Search for..." dropdown is displayed.

Desired Result

A few options:

1. Only show "Search for epoch 0"
2. Navigate to page https://explorer.cardano.org/en/no-search-results?query=0
3. Navigate to genesis block (may be confusing if we don't consider this block 0, although that's what I was looking for initially)
