Translation completed checkbox has no impact after refresh even it's checked

Version Information

• WordPress: 4.9.7
• MultilingualPress: 2.11.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new post where MLP is activated and fill the translations fields also
2. On saving, check the [ :heavy_check_mark: ] Translation completed
3. Save the post

See, the Translation completed checkbox has no impact. After refresh it doesn't stay checked.

What I Expected

When checked it sould stay checked.

What Happened Instead

When checked it doesn't stay checked.
