Text wrapping within cells

Hi, I went to the stack overflow site for community info, but nothing was there.

I have a question about text wrapping. Is there a way to implement cell wrapping with ellipses? For example, is it possible to wrap text up to three or four lines within the cell? Can we also show ellipses if we do that by constraints from row height?
