Filtering row hides first row of data on iOS

When the filtering header is enabled it drops down and hides the first row of data.

This seems to affect iOS devices only using both Safari and Chrome.

The issue can be seen in the examples provided in the docs. There should be three rows of data in the screenshot attached.

I experienced this on IOS 15: Chrome and Safari and IOS16 Chrome, but not on Safari(IOS16)
