The custom time option should be redesigned so that there are no buttons on top of a button anymore

Buttons cannot appear as descendants of buttons. That's a violation of the HTML specification. Interactive elements shouldn't be allowed to have interactive children. Therefore, an alternative to the current implementation of the custom time option should be designed.
