Smoothly animate meta theme-color on mobile depending on current column

Right now, the theme-color is #0057ff (backlog-blue). On mobile devices, I think it would look nice to always set the theme-color depending on the color of the column that is currently being viewed. The change should be smoothly animated if possible.
