Landingpage: Add getting started and textual sections

Add the getting started and textual sections to the landingpage (see screenshot below):

Acceptance criteria:

• the npm install command changes every x seconds from plain to angular, react, vue etc. between our different packages.
• on chip click, the install command is copied to the clipboard (see ino-icon story for implementation).
• the get started button is renamed to "Show documentation" and routes to the "docs" page containing the storybook.
• the "component network" is integrated as svg. Ask for a new version with english button labels.
• add actual text content to "Kernaspekte", "why" and "when to use the elements".
• a meeting has been organized where the content is defined
• the layout is responsive
