Landingpage: Add routing for page sections in footer

Add the routing for subpages (currently section within the page) in the footer (see screenshot below).

Acceptance Criteria:

• The contents within a page are accessible via routes.
• When clicking on a subroute, the page should scroll to the start of the section.
