Set a valuable configuration based on a11y tool decision

In #351 we evaluated tools to test accessability. Now we want to find a valuable configuration to start with.

Acceptance criteria

• The picked tool from #351 is integrated within the elements project
• A list of valuable configuration options to test is defined and set as configuration options for the tool (if possible)
• It's possible to run the tool locally (not automated)
• For each error a new issue is added to https://github.com/inovex/elements/milestone/4
