Update mincer (and it's dependencies)

There is an issue in hike that can cause should.js not to serve correctly when running tests in the browser. They've fixed the issue (see nodeca/hike-js#13) and are publishing a new version. Presumably, they'll pull that new version into mincer as well (same authors of both), but I noticed that this lib uses [email protected] and the latest version of mincer is 1.5.0, so it's not simple to pull in that fix myself. E.g. npm explore mincer -- npm install hike@latest causes everything to break because they reorganized some parts of the repository.

Have you considered using greenkeeper maybe?
