Hello, can someone let me know how to find new quakejs servers? All the public ones are listed on the game site? Because yesterday there were 2 servers, now there's only one, and the map never changes. We're playing at work hahah on iMac's so we cannot create a new server.
also in the multiplayer menu i cannot creater dedicated server. game starts console and freezes

Why wouldn't you? Follow instuctions mentioned in #46 if those in README doesn't make sense to you. I am running one on my mac.

If the server doesn't send heartbeats to the master server, it doesn't appear on the list. To find public servers, you will have to scan the entire internet and look for servers open on default port 27960. Maybe using shodan.io can do the trick.
Finally something quakejs doesn't have! I got SOCKS running, I'll put it in the cloud so anyone using the JS client can connect to native servers.
Https://proxy.quake.games is the socks server address. But you need a special client change to indicate a web socket instead of TCP or UDP to connect to quakejs servers.
@thesour My proxy server would enable you to start a local/internet server at work and access it from in game as normal.
