[Bug] Scrolling is blocked
Describe the bug When moving around with a mouse in a list of messages and scrolling, the scrolling becomes blocked. I can't scroll up nor down. In order to make it work again, i have to move the mouse by at least a single pixel.

Move your mouse inside the chat and try scrolling, moving your mouse. You should end up in a situation in which scrolling doesn't work even though it should.
Expected behavior Scrolling should work.
Platform:

- Browser: Chrome
- Version of this package: 0.39.3
- Version of framework: React 18.3
This is not affected by the same ids you mentioned in my previous issue. It's happening in my app as well.
I couldn't reproduce it. Could you record a video or something showing what happened?
When my mouse stopped moving and you don't see any scrolling in the video that's when it happened. Could reproduce only on chromium based browsers. Brave and Chrome. Not safari and firefox
