Error when loading install.php

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare __() (previously declared in /storage/emulated/0/htdocs/locale/gettext.inc:290) in /storage/emulated/0/htdocs/locale/gettext.inc on line 505

When I open the install.php file I get the above error. Any ideas ?

you need enable gettext extension in your php.ini
