Proposed feature

It would be nice if we could parse and make available enumerated values and defined terms. See:

http://dicom.nema.org/medical/dicom/current/output/html/part05.html#sect_6.3

These could be useful for DICOM validators or libraries. E.g., the DICOM Standard Browser's Analyze feature could warn users if the have an invalid value for a field that takes enumerated values.

Some thought would need to be put into the proper data format for this.

FYI @ccwoolfolk here is another, small-sized issue that could be useful/relevant. Don't feel any need to re-prioritize though unless you think it makes sense.
