mention of availability of built-in shortkeys

a mentioning somewhere (eg: in manual) on what keys are accessible for the end-user as it is not directly apparent when using the interface.

For me they are visible when opening the drop down menus, Xubuntu 24.04, gtranscribe 0.11 installed through apt.
