Change layout a video is gone for couple seconds and comeback without do anything

I was doing a video call with friends and one of my friend based in Tokyo, Japan means he might has high RTT compare with others. When changing a layout, in my case the layout changes from presentation to gallery, a video stream was gone for couple second and comeback later without do anything.

My assumption what happen is the streams count is reduced because screensharing is removed. The layout changed after the screen sharing is removed cause a webcam video from the presenter also gone. This might cause by webcam video element get re-rendered and it wait the full picture from PLI. The video is return after the full picture frame is received and it took couple second because the presenter has a high RTT because he's connected from Japan to Indonesia.
