Documentation on how to get started with embroidery

In our issues we get a lot of files where beginners try to turn very complex svgs into embroidery. I always wish I could link them to a page where we break down some information about embroidery, the stitch types, etc and where we demonstrate how to simplify complex images. I don't think the workflow page is a good enough source for them.

https://silverseams.com/tutorials/digitizing-with-ink-stitch/index.html needs a bit of updating, but could be cannibalized for the Ink/Stitch site as needed. (Somehow the CC license has gotten misplaced in site migrations but it's... CC-BY-SA-4.0, I think? If you need something different for the website I feel confident the author would be amendable.)

It would be especially neat if we could do some kind of analysis in Troubleshoot to detect a design that's too complex, then send them to that doc.
