Feature request: Randomly Choose a Paragraph

I would like to submit a feature request.

I would like to be able to randomly choose the next paragraph that is displayed to the reader. The reason why I can't use the existing randomization feature is that I would like to associate markers and counters to the outcome of the randomization. If there would be a way to associate a marker or counter with the inline randomization, that would also serve my needs.
