Playtest column: navigating to another knot it not indicated at all

Indented text is indicated by dividers, however navigating to another knot is not indicated at all!

A suggested fix for this I could do a pr for is to indicate in the story player when navigating to a new knot has happened!

We can even go further and display the knot name (as tooltip or constantly?)
