Fails silently and hangs when running read-only file

When opening a file in a location that is read-only, or running a file that has been saved to a read-only location, Inky hangs for a while and does not present an error. This can be a bit confusing, and should perhaps present a warning dialog.

OS: Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) Architecture: amd64
