Inky blocked by Symantec

Hi,

it looks Inky (inky.exe) is blocked/quarantined by the Symantec Suite, because it is "not trustworthy". It is categorized as malware (subcategory "insight network thread"). Maybe you need to update some certificate or something?

This is probably due to it not being a signed executable as per #181 's suggestion. But Windows defender doesn't do this. Is this still an issue @mehalon ?
