"Add watch expression" is really hard to read (especially on dark mode)

The "Add watch expression" output is really hard to read and impossible to change the colours of. Plus, it remains in "light mode" even when you switch the IDE to dark mode.

I think the output is small enough not to be confused with the rest of one's text. Is it possible to

• make it more readable by choosing more distinct colours? (Tags for example render with much better contrast.)
• make them follow the dark mode?
