Open existing file in different directories

So the problem is weird, on new files everything is fine, but on on saved files right menu is inactive. Watching files saved in some directories work, and some does not. I got Win10, installed Ink Unity Integration asset from asset store.

this link works H:\UnityProjects\questproto\Assets\Ink\Demos\Basic Demo\ink2.ink this link does not H:\UnityProjects\testink4.ink

Any advice where to start debugging? Thanks!
