Writing With Ink: Fix errors and inconsistent indentation

Inconsistent indentation and alignment shows up when reading through GitHub's markdown viewer. I didn't try to reformat everything, just enough so each example reads clearly.

I also fixed a few errors, mostly simple typos, and one overlooked bit of syntax near "Remember my childhood".

Oops, I just noticed #601, I should have checked first. The current PR is a smaller change that at least cleans things up visually, though, maybe it'd be easier to take.

Apologies this PR now has conflicts... sorry for not taking a proper look earlier, closing since realistically I doubt we'll get round to attempting to merge it.
