Older version works (v2.3) but v2.4 and v2.5 Error loading report file: translation(MacSymbolicator.Translator.Error.unexpectedOutput)

I have a crash file that does symbolicate correctly in v2.3 but failed with the following error when i use either v2.4 or v2.5

Error loading report file: translation(MacSymbolicator.Translator.Error.unexpectedOutput)

I could not be able to share the crashlog, but let me know if anything I could do to help in getting additional debug info

What's your macOS version?

Is the crash report .ips or .crash?

What are the contents of the crash report: When opened with a text editor (TextEdit/Sublime Text/Visual Studio Code/Atom/etc.), are the contents in JSON format or something else?

Mac 12.6 on intel. Crash file is an .ips file from device.
