refactor: remove redundant -path argument before -prune
Description
-path was unnecessarily used before -prune. Since -prune already prevents recursion in ./initia and ./ibc, the extra argument wasn’t needed.
Cleaned it up to simplify the command without changing behavior.

📝 Walkthrough
Walkthrough
The pull request updates the scripts/protocgen.sh script by altering the command used to locate proto directories. The previous implementation used the -path option to filter directories, but the updated version applies the -prune option immediately after the specified directories (./initia and ./ibc). This change modifies the filtering logic for finding .proto files and may affect which directories are processed later in the script. No changes were made to any exported or public entities.

Poem
I'm a bunny in the code field, leaping with glee,
Carrots of change sprout, now pruned perfectly.
No more lost paths in the forest of bits,
With a skip and a hop, every file neatly fits.
Hopping along with refined, crisp command delight –
CodeRabbit's refactor has me dancing all night! 🐰🥕
