Density 0.16.1 actual
Density code goes to rust with 0.16
Actual is version 0.16.1
The latest C version is 0.14.2 at https://github.com/g1mv/density/blob/c_archive/CHANGELOG.md I don't know how to add Rust-based Density to lzbench. I'm waiting for a pull request if someone is willing to do it.
Yes, this is a new limit with Rust. But Rust is perhaps great future with the advantages against memory leaks. I find this link for little rust code in C. https://docs.rust-embedded.org/book/interoperability/rust-with-c.html
In https://github.com/g1mv/density There is a solution with cargo in part „benchmark“ of readme.
And thanks for time and work for this project.
Bugs of 0.14.2 are solved in 0.16.x.
Developer of density will look in Adaption of density code to lzbench in free time.
Developer of density will look in Adaption of density code...
Maybe he could fix the bug/s. in separate branch if main one got rusted.Wouldn't it be easier?
Density 16.6 Done in PR for next release. So issue can be closed with next release.
