Problems to run locally

When i try run the index.html i've some trouble. Every thing goes blank and not shows the menu options. i think something's wrong. There's a way to run it local? Maybe i could improve the page with a new design

@italoSa To run locally you can use task runners extension such Chrome's Web Server or other web server extension for IDE's or Text Editors.

And yes any improvement to the design is welcome. Please feel free to send in.

Note: It built with Typescript and SASS, which I had gitignored but will add now so you can pull down and go through.

Updates: Now I'm working on version 2 template with semantic-ui. I'll post here in this issue the news about the new template. Feel free to suggest changes and enhancement.

@inidaname The project seems not to be working on my localhost (Chrome's Web Server). Any update why its so?
